Shipping is free and fully tracked, anywhere in the world. Every jacket is handcrafted first, then shipped via a trusted courier such as DHL or FedEx with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Roughly 2–3 weeks, door to door.
We’ll keep you updated along the way, from the moment we start cutting to the day it ships.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on where you live, your country may charge import duty, VAT or customs fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities, not by us, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the customer’s responsibility — our free shipping covers delivery only. If you’d like an estimate before ordering, message us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order and cut to your measurements, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, or there’s a fault in our workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — a repair, a remake, or a refund.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering, before we cut the leather. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
