Is it genuine leather?
Yes — we use genuine, locally sourced leather, with suede and wool options on some styles. The exact material is listed on each product page.
What does “made to order” mean?
Nothing is pre-made. Each piece is cut and stitched by hand after you order, which takes about 5–7 business days before it ships.
Can I get a custom size or design?
Yes — it’s our specialty. Choose “Made to Measure” at checkout, or message us for a fully custom design.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Around 2–3 weeks in total: 5–7 business days to craft and 5–7 business days to ship, free and fully tracked worldwide.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Possibly. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility — they’re not included in our price.
Can I return my order?
Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s a fault or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it.
